COVID Grade Impact 20-21

COVID Grade Impact 2020-2021 School Year

1) HS learners w/ NC/D's are updated to (P) Pass w/ course units and no negative impact to the GPA for the 2020-2021 school year

2). HS learners w/ NC/F are updated to (NP) No Pass w/ course units and no negative impact to the GPA for the 2020-2021 school year

3). HS learners who received a B or C grade in a course during the 2020-2021 school year may also opt for a Pass option w/ course units and no negative impact to the GPA. The request must be made by families within 15 days of notification of the policy. Link to the form on cde.ca.  

P (passing) is accepted at all UC's CSU's and many private school

Graduation Plans / 12th Graders credit deficient. Graduation Contracts are in the process of being prepared and passed through families and the Board.

Grade Change Application

Families have until October 17th, 2021 to submit a Grade Change Application.
