A message to Parents/Guardians from the FANS program:
We take pride in our program and it shows! Our amazing staff members work hard to provide your children a nutritious breakfast and lunch. We strive to offer our students healthier and tastier choices.
School meals offer students a variety of protein choices and grains, fresh fruits and vegetables, and milk, which all meet strict limits on saturated fat, calories, sodium, and portion size.
The majority of our meals are freshly-prepared from scratch at our Wood Middle School kitchen daily. We provide a fresh fruit & vegetable salad bar, offering many locally-sourced products.
We are so excited about the meals we are cooking and hope you will encourage your child to eat with us. We look forward to your participation this school year.
School meals are a great value and a huge convenience for busy families. All families are encouraged to apply for the Free/Reduced-Price Meal program. Applications are available at the links below, or in your school office.
